What is Alpha?
It is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life and runs in tens of thousands of churches, of all denominations, across the world. For more information regarding the course please see the official Alpha website: http://uk.alpha.org/ Over 11 million people worldwide have now attended an Alpha course.
It is a 10 week course, including a day away, where you have a meal, listen to a talk and then discuss the talk, asking any questions you wish about the Christian faith. Discussions usually happen within a group, which is led by a couple of members from King's Church.
Who is it for?
Anyone, if you are not a Christian, our Alpha Course is an opportunity for anyone to learn more about the Christian faith in a relaxed setting. If you are a Christian it is a great way to learn the gospel basics again!
